How long does it take to get removed from AT&T’s SMTP blacklist?

On 2022-12-24 I emailed to AT&T with a request to remove our email server from their IP blacklist. AT&T replied quickly:

Date: Sat, 24 Dec 2022 03:19:51 -0600 (CST)
From: please_do_not_reply@abuse-att.net

[...]

Thank you for contacting the AT&T Postmaster Staff.

When the AT&T Postmaster staff receives a request with the
needed information requests are evaluated. If granted, the
block will be removed within 24 to 48 hours.

However:

Date: Wed, 4 Jan 2023 13:07:07 -0600

The mail-server IP address(es) associated with your request will be removed from the block list within 24-48 hours from the date of this letter.

Today, 2023-01-05, sending emails to AT&T worked again.

So in our case it took AT&T 11 days to remove us from their blacklist.
